Mezze, charcoal and the difference between a grill house and a restaurant that also grills.
What separates the two
A grill house works one fire and a short list. A Lebanese restaurant runs a cold kitchen as well, and the mezze is where you find out which one you are sitting in.
Ordering for a table of four
Four cold, two hot, then one mixed grill. That is enough for four people who want to talk, and it is roughly six dinars a head.
